Step 1: Reference

When you start a drawing, especially as a beginner, you want to find a reference for you to go off of.

Step 2: make your line art

You’re going to want to sketch some line art from the references above

Step 3: Add some detail

You’re going to want to add some small details to make the picture pop and some definition.

Step 4 (Optional): Finish it with some color

I feel it’s optional if that’s really what you like, but personally, I like the way some of my sketches look more than when I color them.
